Cherie the Cherry Tree Finds a Home

Cherie the cherry tree is now in place in the playground at Buckfastleigh Primary School.

Cherie was initially donated to us by the Energy Saving Trust as part of our time as Devon’s Green Community. Andy Stokes has looked after her until we decided where her home would be. She is now in place as part of the enriching of the playgrounds, and will be providing shade (and hopefully cherries) for years to come.
