    **Elections – Thur 7th May**
Don’t forget to vote not just in the General Election, but also for our 3 District Councillors, and for the first time in decades, Town Councillors too!
Voting cards are coming through doors now and if you aren’t registered to vote the deadline is Mon 20th April – go here: https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote

Our Green candidate for Central Devon is Andy Williamson from Ashburton https://www.facebook.com/AndyWilliamsonGreenParty – with voting patterns unpredictable, if you want to vote for a fresh alternative that is looking to really do something about climate change and increasing inequality (instead of just talking about it) then vote Green
Email Andy at info@buckthetrend.info if you want a Green Party poster to display or you want to help with campaigning in the area

    District Council

Independent candidate, Pam Barrett, Buckfastleigh resident and chair of the team that is working to save our swimming pool, will be standing for Teignbridge District Council. At the moment all 3 of the councillors for Buckfastleigh & Ashburton are tories and none live in Buckfastleigh…

    Town Council

Buckfastleigh Independents Group (BIG) will be putting forward candidates for Buckfastleigh Town Council, including Pam, Andy Stokes (who is secretary of Buck the Trend) and other members of BTT, the Community Forum and other groups around the town working to save the library, the youth club, the swimming pool and everything else that we value in the town. If you want to find out more, help out with the campaign or donate towards election costs then contact Andy at info@buckthetrend.info

You can make a difference – Make your votes count!
