It has taken us a while, but the winners of the Design-A-Logo competition have been decided.

Firstly, a huge thank you to everyone who entered, especially to Ben Winter and all of the pupils from Buckfastleigh Primary School for their entries. There were some inspired entries and it was very difficult to choose one winner for each of the three projects.

Everyone who attended our AGM in July had a chance to choose their favourite for each project. This left us with a couple of ties and so the Committee members got a second vote to decide upon the overall winners.

So, with no further ado, the winners are:

    • Library Green Corner: Jemima May

    • Community Composting: Lewis Gasson-Jones

    • Garden Share: Cary Gardner

The winner’s prizes will be presented to then soon.

We were also very impressed by Thomas Antcliff’s Garden Share logo, and so we’ll be using it on our next poster to promote the Garden Share project.

Once again, many thanks to everyone who took part in this competition.
